PRE-SALES

You don’t need a code to access a TEG Live pre-sale. If you have registered for a pre-sale, you will receive a link prior to the start of pre-sale.

Pre-sales provide early access to a selection of seats, but not all seats, throughout the venue. Tickets of equal quality will always be held aside for the public. 

We like to give all fans the opportunity to access great seats – whether it be during the pre-sale or the general on-sale. Please remember if you are unable to secure tickets during the pre-sale, you will always be able to try again during the public on-sale when a fresh allocation of tickets will be released.

TEG Live does not have access to ticketing data.

If you’re unsure who the ticketing agency is – please message us on our socials with the show you’re attending, and we can assist.

TEG Live does not have access to the status of your tickets. Please contact the ticketing retailer you purchased these tickets from (eg. Ticketek, Ticketmaster, OzTix)

The TEG Live website page will direct you to the authorised ticketing agency for that event. Please be aware of scammers. TEG Live does not advise purchasing your tickets from ViaGoGo, The Ticket Merchanct, and other unauthorised sellers.

If you are unsure of where to purchase a ticket, please let us know.

Selected tours will allow you to resell your tickets. You can sell your tickets via ticket reselling platforms. Please check with your ticket retailer as to how you proceed.

If more tickets are released, we will notify the public via email and our social channels. Please check our Waitlists page to see if your artist or event is listed, and sign up to be the first to hear about any information.

EVENT INFORMATION

Please refer to the ticketing agent or venue’s website for exact door and show times. Note that these are not final and are always subject to change.

Please check with your venue as to what their photography restrictions are. Each venue will have their own rules and restrictions and may not be consistent across the board.

RESCHEDULED AND CANCELLED SHOWS

You would have received an email from the ticket agency with all refund information. TEG Live does not have any control over the refund process and cannot expedite payment.

If your show has been rescheduled, we have had to postpone it to a new date.

You will be entitled to a refund if you cannot make the rescheduled date.

In most cases, tickets will be valid for the new date – however in some circumstances you will be reissued new tickets. Please wait until you receive your email from the point of purchase which will detail which circumstances are applicable to you.

If you have any further questions on rescheduled shows, please reach out to your point of purchase.

Please be assured that we are working hard to secure new dates for your tour, and ticketholders will be the first to hear once dates have been confirmed.

If you have purchased tickets and still wish to attend, please hold onto your tickets as they will remain valid – however in some circumstances you will be reissued new tickets. Please wait until you receive your email from the point of purchase which will detail which circumstances are applicable to you.

You will need to contact your original point of purchase (eg. Ticketek, Ticketmaster), as TEG Live does not have access to any ticketing data.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please contact the event venue to organise accessibility. If you are unsure of where your even is being held, message us on our social channels or via email and we will let you know who to contact.
