When does pre-sale start?
Pre-sale starts Tuesday 2 September
Auckland: 11am [local]
Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth: 11am [local]
Melbourne: 1pm [local]

How do I get my EARLY ACCESS?
If you signed up for the TEG Live pre-sale you will receive an email with your EARLY ACCESS.
If you signed up and can’t find your email, please check your email Junk file.

I missed out on tickets during the pre-sale. Can I buy still buy tickets to the AURA tour?
Yes. You will be able to buy tickets during the general public ticket on sale.

Melbourne: 3pm via Ticketek

Where can I buy the tickets?
Ticketek Australia and Ticketmaster New Zealand are the only authorised Ticket Vendors for the AURA tour.
To avoid disappointment DO NOT buy your tickets from any other vendors as those tickets will not be valid on the night.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase?
The ticket purchase limit is 10 tickets per customer.

What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices will vary between venues.

How will I receive my tickets?
Australia: Tickets will be delivered via the Ticketek App.
New Zealand: Tickets will be delivered via the Ticketmaster App.

Can I bring my children?
Yes. Family members and friends of ALL AGES are welcome to attend these once-in-a-lifetime concert events.

Do children get in free?
No. All attendees MUST have a valid paid-for ticket to gain entrance to the shows.
Ticketholders 17 years and under must always be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or legal guardian), and the responsible adult must also have a valid ticket.

Who can I contact for Venue accessibility queries?
Please direct all accessibility enquires to your relevant venue.

Will food & drinks be available for purchase?
Yes. These events will be licensed events.
A variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. Further details will be released closer to the event. 
BYO alcohol is not permitted.
Please note this will be a cash-free event and vendors will accept card payments only.
Drink Responsibly. The venue will practice the responsible service of alcohol.

What time will the shows start?
All set times will posted closer to show dates via the Ticketek Australia, Ticketmaster NZ and venue websites along with the TEG Live socials.

What time should I plan to arrive?
Please check the Ticketek Australia, Ticketmaster NZ and the venue websites for gate opening times closer to the show date. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the show.

Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden. Personal-use cameras and smartphone cameras will be allowed into the venue.

Are there any prohibited items?
The following items cannot be brought into the venues:

  • Alcohol
  • Glass bottles, glass containers, metal containers or cans
  • Esky, ice box or picnic basket
  • Food 
  • Aerosols, including insect repellant & sunscreen 
  • Umbrellas
  • Chair, lounge, bench or stool
  • Furniture, tents, gazebos or inflatable structures
  • Clothing bearing any racist, indecent or obscene language or images
  • Prohibited or controlled weapon, firearm, or any dangerous goods
  • Animals, other than an assistance dog
  • Whistle, loud hailer, horn or bugle, flare, firework, laser pointer, or distress signal
  • Drones, spider cameras or any other aerial photographic, video or audio recording equipment
  • Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), professional video and recording equipment
  • Any item which is reasonably considered by the promoter or venue as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending the event.
