We look forward to welcoming you to CommBank Stadium for Diljit Dosanjh AURA Tour 2025 on Sunday 26^th October!
 

IMPORTANT
All patrons, including children of all ages, require a valid ticket for this event.

This is an app-only event. You MUST have the Ticketek App to access your tickets

There are several things you MUST do BEFORE arriving at the venue to guarantee smooth entry for you and your group. We ask that you read the below information thoroughly and share it with all members of your group.

Ticket Information
We understand that sometimes tickets can seem to go missing. Don’t worry, they’re just a few clicks away and can be found online via your Ticketek Account or via the Ticketek App:

• To access your tickets via your online Ticketek Account: Log in to the account you purchased your tickets with and go to “Order History”.
• To access your tickets via the Ticketek App: go to the “Tickets” tab.

Once you’ve found your tickets:

• Store your ticket on your mobile wallet: To avoid delays at the gate, we recommend adding your ticket to your Apple or Google wallet before you head to the event. This can be done directly from the Ticketek App. Network connections at events can be unpredictable, so saving your ticket ahead of time will ensure it is accessible offline.
• Share tickets: If you have purchased multiple tickets, you can share individual tickets via the Ticketek App before the event. From the “Tickets” tab, click “Share” against the ticket you want to share. Follow the steps as prompted.   
• Smooth entry on event day: When you arrive, please have your ticket barcode ready on your phone. To ensure it scans properly, turn up the screen brightness and temporarily switch off dark mode. This helps our scanners get you in quickly.

Can’t find your tickets? Log in to your Ticketek account online to check your order history or via the Ticketek app.

ARRIVE EARLY & ENJOY VIHARA!
It will be a busy precinct; it is ESSENTIAL to plan to arrive early.

This will also give you the chance to enjoy the pre-concert vibes of VIHARA – an afternoon of music, food and community running from 11am – 4pm on The Community Lawn, beside Gates E & F. Grab authentic Indian food, soak up the music and grab a keepsake ahead of Diljit Dosanjh’s one-night only show. Capacity is limited.

DON’T GET CAUGHT IN THE TRAFFIC – CATCH PUBLIC TRANSPORT & ARRIVE EARLY

• Parking in the Parramatta precinct will sell out. Parking is not available at the stadium for this event, and parking is very limited around the stadium. Visit the Transport NSW website to plan your trip.
• Public transport is the best way to get to Parramatta, with return travel on trains, regular bus services, Sydney Ferries, and light rail services included in your ticket.
• The cost of travel is included in all concert tickets – simply show your ticket to transport staff when boarding.
• If you decide to park near the stadium, be prepared for road closures which will be in place for up to 30 minutes after the concert to allow for the safe exit of pedestrians around the stadium.

PATRON WELFARE

• Stay hydrated throughout the day, there is water available to purchase from all retail outlets and bars plus free drinking water available at water stations around the Venue.
• There is free sunscreen available, please see Venue Staff for assistance.
• Should you require medical assistance, please see Venue staff. 
• Please be mindful of others. No standing for prolonged periods which will block the view and disrupt other patrons.
• Blocking of aisles and stairs is not permitted, please enjoy the show from your seat.
• Look out for your family and friends!

ENTRY TO COMMBANK STADIUM
All Patrons must enter the venue via the gate specified on their ticket. Please refer to CommBank Stadium map. All patrons will be subject to a security check including the inspection of bags / packages and metal detector wanding. Patrons who refuse to comply will not be permitted entry into the venue.

Note: By entering the venue, patrons also agree to be photographed and videotaped.

Note: Pat down searches may be implemented by NSW Police if required.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & PROHIBITED ITEMS

Bags limited to the size of 30cm x 42cm (A3) are permitted into the venue. To make your entry as quick as possible, we recommend patrons leave bags at home. Backpacks, large holdalls, and sports bags are restricted from entry.

• CommBank Stadium is a smoking/vaping free venue, you will be asked to leave if you found smoking inside the venue. Smoking areas available outside CommBank Stadium.
• No banners with poles are permitted into the Venue
• No political banners are permitted into the Venue
• You are permitted to bring in a refillable water bottle (no metal and no glass).  There will be free drinking water stations to refill your bottles located around the Venue. 
• No Selfie Sticks / Go Pros / iPads / Tablets or professional cameras.
